Hi, my husband and I are going to Vegas and I am looking for a cool hotel to stay at. Has anyone been at the Planet Hollywood yet? I think the location is great, like almost right in the middle of the strip :) I saw pictures of the hotel rooms on Expedia.com ... it looks very nice! So, do the rooms actually all look that great (Also the cheaper ones)? Also, does this Hotel have a casino? If so, is there a poker room and do they have tournaments? How much is the min. bet for craps if anyone knows *LOL? Please let me know!!! Thx :D|||When the hotel was built 10 years ago as the Aladdin, it was built to be a five-star resort. Even though PH is "only" a four-star hotel, these are probably the best four-star rooms on the strip ... certainly for the price. The hotel does have a poker room that deals three daily tournaments. I've played in two tournaments there, cashing once. It's fair to say they have a lot of loose players.|||Great hotel. Stayed here for my b-day a few years back. Nice location, Miracle Mile shopping, good shows, and good places to eat & drink. Movies "21" and "What Happens in Vegas" were filmed there. Enjoy!|||It's a good hotel because it's central to all the other hotel and casino's and there's some good shows at some of the hotels near-by|||PH is very good and YES there is a casino.
