I'm in a group of four people getting two rooms at one of the above hotels. They are all within a few dollars of each other. We are all in the 21-26 age range and we don't have a ton of money. We are looking for $10 blackjack, $5 or $10 craps, a decent pool (doesn't have to be huge), and a great atmosphere to hang out and drink at our age.

At Planet Hollywood it would be the Hollywood Hip room.
New York New York it would be the Park Avenue Deluxe room.
Treasure Island it would be the Standard Deluxe room.
Paris it would be the standard Luxury room.

Any words of advice as to where we should stay from people who have been to these?|||I've stayed at three of the properties you listed - PH when it was Aladdin, TI and Paris. I'd cross off TI right away because the room is small and plain.

PH is probably your best option. It's all brand new, rooms are larger than average and the casino has a party atmosphere.

Paris is more "dignified" and fancy... the rooms have antique French reproduction furniture, while you'll probably prefer the modern design of the PH rooms.|||I understood you are in las vegas. If this is right take, I would say Treasure Island. It is amazing. The other three options can be seen in true live, but there is no treasure island in reality. They worked hard to make it interesting.

Enjoy|||I would take NYNY first because I love the casino atmosphere. Second Paris, third TI, last PH which is a small boring casino|||In all honesty, if you're 21-26, you won't be in your room much anyway. Save some money to have a little more fun with and book a cheaper hotel, like Harrah's, Bally's, or Excalibur. Even Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Sallon is a great, cheaper option. Here's the deal. Planet Hollywood and Paris are right next to each other in the middle of the strip. NYNY is at the South end (lot's of walking if you want to visit other properties besides MGM owned) and Treasure Island is just north of the middle. Bill's would be a good choice (no pool, but they give you access to the pool at the Flamingo which is AWESOME) and is right smack in the middle of the action. Just because you stay at one hotel doesn't mean you have to do all your gambling there. Venture out and explore. All of the casinos are basically right on top of each other, making it easy to hop from one to the other. Staying at one of the cheaper properties will save you up to a couple hundred dollars, depending on how long you'll be there. Check Harrah's website for special deals at all of their properties (bally's, harrah's, flamingo, etc) and even call them if you've found a cheaper rate through expedia, travelocity, etc. Most times, they'll beat any advertised price to avoid having to pay any "booking agent" fees.

I've been to Vegas 3 times in the last 3 years and have basically only slept in my room. Do yourselves a favor and save that money for the real fun! Out on the Strip!!!|||^^^^
That girl is an idiot
Planet Hollywood is not small, hell it even has a giant mall attached to it with tons of shops and restauarants, its TWICE the size of the overpriced and boring TI.
Planet Hollywood is most centrally located, newly renovated and definitely the most geared towards your age group. Treasure Island is pricey and there are more kids there than the others you listed. Paris is full of old people. New York New York would be 2nd choice because it too is very cool, just not as centrally located.
If you're looking for a nice pool, none of these are up your alley. The best pools in Vegas are Mandalay Bay, Ceasars, Luxor, Hard Rock and The Flamingo...|||You are going to enjoy any of the above. At the age i believe you are I would not recommend TI (Even though they are trying to attract a hipper crowd). I would suggest Planet Hollywood mostly because of the easy access to the Monorail. It is about as close as NY/NY to MGM (Which you could consider as well) which has the main monorail hub. If you are only going to sit around and play you can get a better deal at Fremont Street Experience hotels. NY/NY has some reasonable restaurants and a pretty good Coyote Ugly Bar. NY/NY also has close access to the Excalibur/Luxor/Mandalay Bay free tram. I guess you can't do wrong with any of them.
