planet hollywood: Me and my mate are both 21 from London and are travelling to vegas for new years eve for 8 days we are booking next week and have a choice between PLanet hollywood or Mirage for the same price which one do we go for? I want be great location on the strip have young people in our hotel to mix with and lively atmosphere but have no clue what hotel to go for please help :)|||The Mirage is a much nicer hotel, better location and the service is great. Planet hollywood is nice also and will have a younger crowd. I personally will go with Planet Hollywood because they don't have any hidden fees. The Mirage on the other hand will charge you an additional $16.80 per day in resort fees. It attracts the younger crowd that comes to Vegas. If you are coming for New Years, then you'll definitely want to stay at Planet Hollywood.
