There is a free shuttle to Rio from Caesar's, Paris, and Harrahs. Lucky for you, the shuttle at the Paris pulls up right between Paris and Planet Hollywood, so you won't have to do much walking at all. Sometimes you have to wait up to 30 minutes, but they are usually pretty good about getting a shuttle there every 15 minutes. When you are done at the Rio, you just go back out the same door you came in, by the Carnival World Buffet, and ride the shuttle back to Paris.
