They are making the change right now. I was there a couple of months ago and it looked like a total dump, they were still doing extensive work on it. I was glad I wasn't staying there.|||I was just in there last week. Though they are working on it, it sure doesn't look like a dump. They are working on both the casino and the Desert Passage shopping area. Just as an aside, I didn't think the Spice Market Buffet was all that either. The skewered meat was good but the various "stations' had very little selection. The Desserts were an exception. Plenty of quality sweets to choose from.|||It was originally predicted to be ready by this fall, but the most recent news is that it will be ready next spring. They have converted a good majority or the rooms already and are working in the casino and shopping areas. It's kinda wierd because one room with have a middle-eastern theme then the room across the hall with have this complete hollywood, contemporary theme. Kinda wierd, but it'll be a nice hotel once finished.
