We are young and want to party with young people like us. we are debating between Hardrock and Planet hollywood. Hardrock hotel is off the strip unlike PH, but it looks like it has more going on there then at PH, also it's about 30 bucks a night cheaper...?? where would you stay in my situation?? only tell me if you have been to either hotel or know people that have stayed there but any infor helps THANKS...|||I agree with the answer Bill gave above and will also add that the rooms at PH are much better than Hard Rock. However if you plan to spend a Sunday in Vegas you might consider Hard Rock since you get 4 complimentary passes to Rehab, the greatest pool party in town.|||Its just a hotel room and Hardrock is not that far from the strip and even if you go party somewhere else your a short walk or short cab ride back to the hotel. Its not really that big of a deal. If its your first time in Las Vegas I would suggest staying on the strip its a great time and you will want to check out all the other hotels and sites. Have fun!|||Planet Hollywood rooms are amazing and is a new hotel, down side is there is no casino.... who cares about that though. Never been to Hard Rock but I have also heard good things about it too. If you really want to party right check out Wet Republic at the MGM Grand or Encore Beach Club at the Encore.|||I think both hotels are great, but i would stay at Hardrock because just across the road is the Double Down Saloon. which is a great bar to see live bands and have a great night. Ph is on the strip, so i guess it depends on what kind of party scene you are in to.|||Your going to find more of your crowd at either, PH, Hard Rock hotel or MGM Grand.. I would go with PH then Hard Rock, then MGM Grand!! But you cant go wrong with either, it would just come down to how much you want to pay..|||If you plan to rent a car while in Vegas, stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. If not, stay at Planet Hollywood|||stay on the strip
