planet hollywood: my friends and i are planning a vegas trip and we were thinking about planet hollywood for a place to stay. any thoughts?|||Very nice hotel and casino. Great location .. right in the middle of the strip. Can't go wrong that is for sure. The Hard Rock is far off the strip and you can't walk anywhere.|||You could also try staying at Bally's (usually a bit cheaper in room prices) and it's only two hotels north of Planet Hollywood. That is the happening spot though. Most of the partying hotels are within walking distance so you can't go wrong staying in that area.|||The PH(Planet Hollywood) is a great place to stay. It's located on the strip North of MGM and next to Paris. PH and Paris is a happening place for anyone in their 20's and 30's. Compare rates at PH and Paris. Both are good.
